Drawing on over eight years of experience gathered in Poland and abroad and being representatives of both legal professions - legal counsel and advocate - we provide a unique alternative to other law firms operating in the Lower Silesia region. In the past, both partners worked with difficult and demanding projects, e.g., in the area of competition (anti-trust) and consumer protection law, including distribution contracts, real estate market transactions, IT and New Technologies law, and corporate legal services for companies operating in Special Economic Zones. An important aspect of our legal business is cross-border litigation. We work closely with foreign law firms to provide comprehensive legal services, in particular in Germany, France and Switzerland. What sets us apart from the competition is the multidisciplinary education acquired at German, French and Swiss universities. Our advantage is in-depth knowledge of not only Polish law, but European and German law, which enables us to provide legal advice on complex projects at the interface of several legal systems and to effectively pursue cases involving entities with their residence address or statutory seat abroad. Within our specialization we also provide legal advice to non-business individuals. We deal with complex real estate cases, including succession and posthumous distribution of property where both Polish and foreign nationals are involved.
