Really bad place. Avoid if possible. I went yesterday and I asked one of the employees if I could bring my computer today and he said yes. Then I came today and another employee kick me out under the excuse that "they were very busy, that there were a lot of people, they didn't have time for me and finally he said that no other employee knew how to fix my problem". Then I told him that I could still ask another employee and be told by another employee that in fact they couldn't fix my problem and he still replied "no, nobody here can help you, if you want you can come back when there are no people". I think this behaviour is unacceptable.

Bardzo pozytywne wrażenie po ostatniej wizycie w iSpot przy Oławskiej. Personel uprzejmy, profesjonalnie przedstawiający produkty (nie wychwalający nad niebiosa tylko rzetelnie ustosunkowujący się do moich - przedstawionych im potrzeb i oczekiwań). Dowiedziałem się jednocześnie wielu ciekawostek, o których istnieniu nie miałem pojęcia, a używam jabłkowego sprzętu od wielu lat. Na pochwałę zasługuje to, że przez cały czas przebywania w sklepie cały personel miał założoną maseczkę, utrzymywał spory dystans i sugerował jak "bezpiecznie" zapoznać się z właściwościami sprzętu.
