Convenient car rental, but not opened 24/7

I delivered the rental car without making any damage and one week later I was charged for damages without being informed what the damage was. Still following up the reason for getting charged without even being informed with Budget but no response yet. This is so annoying

Rented a car in Wroclaw for a weekend. Everything was ok, no problems. Just had to go back to the office to mark a scratch which wasn't on the pickup papers. They didnt push to buy any fuel or insurance at the pickup which was also nice

Highly unrecommended. Employee left the desk and decided not to wait us. We left without a car in the airport. All the phones were turned off. Had to made a booking in another service.

Went on their page to book a car for a holiday with my friends Went on the page and filled all info necessary to find a car and in the age option that they have that allows to choose for 18 to 70 year olds being 18 I choose the 18 few cars show up so I choose the o e that suited us best got back to get the airport after waiting about 5 mins for the guy to look for the key that contained about 5 of them then he asks for driving licence normal procedure then he hands it back then he looks at the keys again some papers on the desk and then asks for the licence again then goes behind in the back office to speak to someone and tells us he can't rent a car out for us as we are 18 and they can only rent from 21 so I tell him then why do you have options for 18 19 and 20 year olds if you don't rent out He then rudely asks me how did I book the car for 18 year olds as it's not possible on their page so I show him exactly how I did it Him seeing that I'm right gets nervous blaims it on me and says I should have used their Polish website which makes no difference but does somehow for him End of story me and my friends had to spend money on hotel rooms to get this sorted and got stuck in Wroclaw when we where supposed to be in a town 2hrs away Terrible service no help at all rather than just rent us a car like we booked he goes and blames it on us Never again will I rent from them or even try

If I can give 0 star, I'll do it! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They scam their customers! Beware, they'll change the photo & claimed you've damaged their car so they charge you 3x more.

Nikt z nami nie obejrzał samochodu po oddaniu. Po kilku dniach obciążono kartę kredytową prawie 400 zł z powodu szkody, bez załączenia jakichkolwiek zdjęć, czy wyjaśnień. Nie możemy się dodzwonić, maile pozostały bez odpowiedzi. Czytając inne opinie, niestety po czasie wygląda na to że w taki sposób działają. Warto czytać opinie wcześniej.
