You will ALWAYS wait 20 minutes in a waiting line, if you want anything related to car service, even just ask some quick question.

Super busy, even though we had really tough situation and asked for help. But they said it takes 3-4 days. And that is the day when we have to return home already from vacation. Not pleasant. I think in some cases one should make exception.

Total garbage. My wife took my Mini in because the security key for the alloys was broke. This BMW garage said their was a 3 week wait on a new key. I asked them to remove the nuts by either drilling them out or cutting them and was told that they didn't want to damage their equipment I took my car to another garage and in less than 15 mins the old nuts were removed and replacement ones put on and it cost less than what BMW were asking for just a new key! Oh and the queue, massive queue.

Been at this service 2 times, with my 2005 Mini Cooper. During first visit I needed a simple check to know what parts need replacing. After 2 hours, I got a 200zl bill for "taking a look", and the results - about 2000 worth of "absolutely necessary repairs". After 1,5 years of using the car, NONE of these appeared to be necessary, though completely others did. Later, I ordered a simple, cheap part for the cooling system. Took me 3 hours to get there and back, just to understand that it was not the part I needed. After 20 minutes of trying to communicate with the personnel, I gave up. The willingness to help is zero. Worse than in a Zabka store. People don't know how to say hello, good bye and thank you. Or maybe are afraid to say it, I don't know. What I know is that price/service ratio is not even a number, because you can't divide by zero.
