I had the pleasure of buying my second BMW recently from Inchcape Wroclaw. My husband and I bought an X5 early 2018 and were dealt with by Dominik Sulikowski. The sole reason we went back to Inchcape (as apposed to buying a second car from another dealer - we wanted a small car for day to day city use) was due to the service we received from Dominik. Exceptional, personal, dedicated and knowledgeable would be words we would use to summarise our dealings with him. Our interactions with him the second time around were just as professional. His English language skills are first class (which helps as my husband is from London) but his overall approach meant buying a car was easy and without issues or surprises. His after sales approach was also welcome. Nothing is too much trouble for him. In a Country such as Poland, where customer service is somewhat middle-ages in approach!, Dominik and the team at Inchcape are a shining example of how it should be done.
