DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LOCATION!! We rented a car from this location in April, 2018. This morning, April 2019--we found 2 unauthorized credit card transactions on our Visa credit card--immediately called our bank and they have filled a fraudulent report against this car rental company. I advise anybody looking to rent a car in Wroclaw to stay clear of this location. Total scam artist who save your data for their own purposes.

We rented Renault Megan from this office on 31 may 2017 for 5 days. To say that service was perfect is to say nothing. Really we had never ever had such a professional, client-oriented service before. Mr Pawel Grzegorczyk , a highly qualified manager and a real pro did all possible and impossible for more then an hour to assist when at the last moment we had a problem with our card. Finally we got a new clean car and were also given a free of charge navigator as a present, since it was my birthday. We are not taking into account polite attitude, smile, detailed explanation, which by the way we had not met in any other Wroclaw car rent office. I say it without exaggeration. I strongly recommend everyone to rent from Avis cars and specially enjoy the service of this exactly office.
