Waited for 25 minutes. Nobody showed up Had a reservation, and ended up renting another car at Hertz.

I had the worst experience with this company. I have tried booking on line from Canada. After inputting all the information including payment, I have received multiple error messages that the transaction could not be completed. Since I have received no conformation emails, I assumed none of the transactions went through until the next business day when I noted credit card charges for three car bookings. I called rental office and cancelled the transactions; however I was informed that I have to contact the customer service in order to received my money back. I emailed the “customer service” immediately and followed up with a multiple unanswered phone calls. It has been three weeks and I have received no answer and no money back.

Worst service of any rental car service. Hired a luxury car, then arrived to be told \we crashed the car\. So no car was available and they wouldn't do anything to help cancel or get a refund. So spent an hour having to try and resolve the issue with Expedia. The Avis counter staff made no effort to assist or even apologize. When we then got the staff to speak to Expedia they refused to do a refund and get us to take a lower class car. Until we argued enough that they finally agreed. Worst service ever :-(

Return process was a bit unclear and difficult to figure out from an airport signage perspective as well. Otherwise friendly staff and good access once you get to the airport

I've used Avis for multiple business trips to Wroclaw without any problems, they're service is excellent and they're staff seem to be readily available even if your flight is delayed and you show up at 1am! Very happy.

It seems as if I am not the only one to experience this - they charged me over 300 USD for a 2 cm scratch that was not visible in the front bumper. Don't rent from people who will try to steal your money on checkout

So far I'm very unhappy with this company , they charged me 200 more than it was promised , got smaller car than was promised , GPS is not working , car is dangerous to drive , will try to return this car ....will post update but stay away if You dont want to cry .....
