No 1 station in Europe. This is my opinion. You can find everything you want. I love this station

The station is amazing with its transportation with buses and trams right outside to take you to your next place, however unless you are local it can be very confusing to locate everything. When buying tickets you can buy at 'self-help' terminals but keep in mind you can only pay by card, to pay by cash you have to go into the actual station. Security is always around, but sometimes you'll have a drunk or two come and bother you while you look for your train. Finally what I think is nice and accessible is a small convenience store by the platforms for something small to eat, inside the station has more options though.

That is the awful train station. There is not a hot place to wait, and the trains always delay at least 130 minutes. If you have a chance never use train in Warsaw. If will be a turture with your own money. The service is bad. You are lucky if you are not frozen when you were there!!!!!

A very good train station. It has a perfect location, connections with tram and bus,and lots of things to do near it.The mall next door is a great place to spend your time while you are waiting. But the metro does not stop here so you will need to walk or take the tram to access the nearest metro station.

The station is modern and offers excellent transport connections, but it can get confusing if you're not a local since not all the signs and indications are very clear and understandable. Last time it took me about 20 minutes to figure out where the tram was that I was supposed to take.

Terrible customer service. We went to buy some tickets and the seller was very rude. He told us to buy the tickets online, when his job is to sell them. In addition, he began to speak to us in English perfectly and suddenly he literally told us that he had gotten tired and that he would continue in Polish. I honestly find it a shame that they have employees with such bad manners.

Amazing amazing train station. This central station may look run down from the exterior but don't be fooled. Once you enter, the amazing interior will blow you away! Great stores inside with good service from staff and people around. It can be a little messy once you get to the platforms, but just like every European city, it's about there, comparing with london and edinburgh this is a little tad clearer. People are friendly and train wardens will guide and help you when you show your ticket! Modern design inside with lifts and vending machines for you! Enjoy your train ride! We took one to krakow and it was a lovely ride!

Extremely clean and the best, the employees are very very helpful and friendly. Even though I don’t speak or understand a word in Polish I was able to find my way easily the first time I was there. Their signs are very helpful too.
