Total lack of professional etiquette and instruction as to the resolution of an ongoing bureaucratic nightmare. Having received Polish citizenship, this office is determined, unable to provide the direct procedure to me, to create unreasonable obstacles over the most peculiar word choices on my original birth certificate (in English) and the Polish translation. Even with the proof presented in person, both a certified original and notarized translation, the office remains not only skeptical, but unpropitious.

Good location and a short line that is why I rate it two stars. However I dealt with unfriendly and incompetent staff. Deputy Manager was not helpful to clarify the situation, neither said a few courtesy words to make a good impression after all. It must be the new approach of customer service in Warsaw, Poland, European Union.
