The worst delivery service i have ever met. Waited for the package for the whole day, then received the message in the app that the delivery attempt failed! Now I understand why it has 2.1 starts on google ...

Such bad service on many levels..... very slow delivery, if the package happens to be stuck in customs you will wait forever to get it.... I use DHL now, so much better

Your call-line system with voice recognition is so wrong and useless that I cannot imagine why it is still there. It's the academy's example where to NOT place AI. If you want to piss client off then you are in correct road. I can't say how many clients you lost because of it. Me for sure. I want to contact courier quick way as a client. Picking 2 people speaking, with correct number still resolved as WRONG number? 10 minutes wasted, 20 trials. Yes it was that number! It's the main reason why everybody should avoid picking you as delivery company for their packages and switch to another company. Really, it is step towards the grave.

Courier service is so low. They didn't pick up the parcel because they demanded that I must print their number. So, if you have no printer at home you can't ship the parcel even if you already paid for such servise. Comn, it is 21 century outside and it is not a rocket science to put the number in your system! Servise for mastodons? Yep?
