1 star for actually nice view, -3 stars for the improper customers ingress management. Knowing that such attractions are usually crowded with tourists, I purchased tickets online beforehand. The tickets are valid anytime for up to one year. This already made me slightly skeptical about my plans for a smooth ride up the tower, as from my humble experience, normally places like this, either sell tickets online but for a specific time slot, or you can walk in but you risk waiting in a long line for the tickets. Well, here you get 'all in wonder' - you can make the effort of planning your visit and buying tickets online, and when you get there, you find that there is just one long line of around 100 people, packed tightly inside the building, despite the Covid conditions. On the top of that, when I asked the staff if perhaps there is a separate line for people who already have the tickets and do not need to wait to buy them, I was instructed to investigate on my own (sic!) who in the line has the tickets already and who doesn't, and just cut in line right after the last person with the tickets. Good luck doing that without starting an argument and pissing off like 50 people behind you. If only there was another good high tower viewing point in Warsaw, I would just recommend to skip this one. Unfortunately, there isn't one. So, unless you fancy some mob negotiations practice on your day off, you will be forced to wait with the tickets in your hand together with all those walk-ins, and just watch some brave people with tickets cutting in so you... wait even longer.

Good viewpoint to get an idea of Warsaw, 30th floor. Its a good idea to take someone who knows the city and is able to explain it to you since the view itself without knowing the context of what you see would not be worth it for me personally. Some waiting time to go up and down, since only 2 elevators who fit 4 people each. Free toilets in the building.

Quite a cool experience, to be on top of Poland's tallest building. It does get busy though and you might have to wait for a lift to go up and down a bit. It offers 360 degrees panoramic views over the city. Would recommend going at sunset. The light is incredible!

For only 20 zlotys each, you can catch the elevator up to the 30th floor. From there you get panoramic views of Warsaw. It is quite breezy up there as there is no glass up there, just open gaps with wire mesh. Trying to take photos through the mesh is quite scary as the wind could easily cause your phone / camera to fall out of your hand! There are a few souvenir stalls up there plus downstairs they offer some computer trickery & you can buy photos of your group sitting on a beam high above the city. We didn't do this so I'm not sure how much they cost.
