I booked my flight from Rhodes to Warsaw, straight from Small Planet site 2 months before the trip. One month before the flight they informed me for a time change on both flights. To go to Warsaw was ok for us but was big problem the return flight to Rhodes. So i asked with email a refund for the 3 flex tickets. Waiting for 1 week nobody answered so i phonecall to Small Planet Poland. They told me to send the mail again. So i did and yes they answer me and they full refund me for the 3 tickets by returned to my credit card all the amount after 2 working days. The flight was ok with no delay. Also the service was good but with only 20 person on plane. They didn't gave a small gift or something alse to my 7 years old daughter as they advertise. Also they do not serve any food, so you have to buy something to eat on board. The leg room is ok and the condition of the Airbus 320 we fly with, great. The sure is that i don't have any problem to travel again in the future with Small Planet. Is a new company and also small but you can see that they try to do there best to make it bigger.

Don't ever use this airlines! They are the worst in the world! We had a flight delay 24 hours without any information, food, hotel and anything from their side. Like thy just don't exist. Don't pick up phones or reply to mails. Najgorza firma na świecie!
Lot z Poznania na Kretę przebiegł bardzo szybko i miło, Lot punktualny, samoloty w środku bardzo ładne i czyste , obsługa także bardzo miła.
Lot Gdańsk Zakhyntos i powrót Gdańsk bez opóźnień bez problemów. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Kapitan wita gości i podaje informacje o czasie przelotu i warunkach atmosferycznych. Narzekacze na walizki niech się dowiedzą że to kwestia obsługi lotniska nie linni lotniczych. U nas było ok. Samoloty jak każde. Mały minus na serwis sprzątająca który nie wyciera góry schowków w samolotach kurz tam się zbiera ostry licho to wygląda.
Gdańsk, kreta,Gdańsk...z drobnym poślizgiem ale żyjemymiła obsługa. Dzięki
Obsługa klienta na najniższym z możliwych poziomów. W praktyce brak możliwości kontaktu zarówno mailowego jaki a tym bardziej telefonicznego. Lot z Grecji opóźniony o prawie 6h, a prawie roku nie otrzymaliśmy jeszcze zwrotu środków zgodnie z podpisaną ugodą. Po tym jak udało mi się uzyskać jakąkolwiek odpowiedź z ich strony, argumenty SmallPlanet, które podają w związku z opóźnieniem wypłaty, wskazywać mogą na brak płynności finansowej tej firmy. Odradzam wszystkim podróże z tym przewoźnikiem.
Punktualnie z i do Katowic. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Brak kompletu gwiazdek za karaluchy biegajace po pokładzie.
