This is a poor branch of the Fikolki. It is largely staffed by immature young ladies who have little charm. We were ‘greeted’ at reception by staff members who were rude, curt, and unprofessional when asked politely for information about prices and offers. We tried a few words in Polish, hoping for a better response, but were met with disdain. They patrolled the play area like prison guards, barking orders at children who were playing happily and cooperatively, followed by sullen faces and quietness. Our daughter came back crying after spending 10 minutes with an ‘animator’, who was busily surfing her phone nonchalantly until we interrupted and asked her if she wouldn’t mind entertaining our child. Our child said she didn’t like her and that she wasn’t very nice to her. The reception team were apathetic about this. We gave the place another try later in the week, when the weather was rainy, but found our drinks going missing from our table when the place became empty, about half an hour before closing. After we had bought a second drink, still full, and it disappeared from our table moments after leaving to play with our child, it didn’t take Sherlock Holmes... The management appeared to care little either. We have largely enjoyed our vacation in Poland, meeting many truly nice and cultured people, but these employees were a disgrace.

Very nice place for kid's birthday parties.
One of the best places for toddlers (and older kids too!) the thing is prices are on the high side but you get yo r money’s worth. Staff look after the kids- parents not allowed on the slides etc, they do literally their best to help kids use the equipment and stay safe. Another plus is that yo can order food from restaurant next door and they’ll bring t to your table- so you can finally have some proper food and watch your kids at the same time! Bliss
My daughter often visit here. Its good place for kids to engage them with physical activities. They have different hurdles, ball pool, small playing area for smaller kids. Shoes are not allowed,which is good. They have promotion for families with two kids. You can order food from next restaurant and feed your kids. I like this place when its raining, smowing and too hot or cold outside.
Very good for children's parties also.
Keep your younger children entertained here. Excellent value if you can avoid a birthday party.
