Wczoraj kupiłam koszule damską w RESERVED. Dzisiaj chciałam zrobić zwrot ale Pani bezczelnie kłamała że koszula jest noszona i metka nie jest orginalnie założona. Żenujące zachowanie i ten wzrok mówiący sam za siebie. Bardzo niski poziom obsługi. Stanowczo za takie zachowanie ostatni raz jestem w tym miejscu. Nawet przed to sytuacja robiłam pewien zwrot z wczorajszego dnia i Pani w kasie ZARY nie zrobiła mi problemu. Dlatego zwroty że mojej Kochanej Szefowej nie do końca te rzeczy podobają się. Wielki szacunek dla ZARY. Pozdrawiam to nie wychowana Panią z Reserved. Ponizyla się tylko i osmieszyla. Informacje o tym aroganckim zachowaniu przekaże znajomym.
