I was staying at Motel One in Warsaw and this gym is right next door. For 45 Zloty I got a pass for a week. Indeed the gym is basic, and I can imagine it gets hot during very warm days. But I thought it was fantastic value. There are lots of free weights, place to stretch and do pull ups or dips and exercise machines (I used the rowing machine mainly). Many of the weight machines are older models, but they all worked fine. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I misplaced my pass for a couple of days, but they still let me in. The people at the front desk spoke English as well, which helped a lot. If you are visiting Warsaw and need to work out then I definitely recommend checking them out.

Day pass was 11 zl during happy hour. Well equipped gym with sauna. Friendly staff. It also smelled pleasantly of bread inside.
There's not much I can say about this place since I was stopped at the entrance. The reason? Apparently you need a specific pair of shoes that you should use only in this gym, else prepare to train without shoes. Of all the gyms I have visited so far, this is the first time it has happened to me.
I love this gym. great equipment, no hiphop , friendly staff. enjoying training here, I miss those kind of gyms so much in my village Gothenburg.
This is not a gym for cardio bunnies, dudes in fluro and crossfitters. It is a serious gym with a sauna built right into the change room. Great selection of free weights, protein shakes made on site, and friendly staff / patrons. Gym is extremely reasonably priced too. The best gym in Warsaw. That said there is a cardio room almost as big as the weight room with very slick and modern machines and a TV.
Ok gym. Cost 20 PLN to enter 1 day. 1 squat rack with non adjustable racks. 2 bench press. A lot of machines. Dumbbell goes up to 45 kg. I can not compare to other gyms in Warsaw but it gets the job done.
A very small underground gym that will get the job done. No natural light, ventilation is just ok but overall it's not a very large space. Staff are ok, place is clean. Note there are no individual shower cabins and the sauna is tiny so not for everyone.
