Conspicuous McNulty

I have went to the dealer for a pre-purchase inspection on the 12th of October. They promised to send me the report the next day, it is now the 27th, half a month later and I have yet to receive the report, after contacting them 3 times with the kind request of providing the report. Very unprofessional and unexpected that I would have such a unsatisfactory customer experience.
