Positive side: On the ground floor there is the place where they do the basic manicure and hairdressing services while the top floor (floor 43) they perform the massages. The quality of the service is excellent, detailed treatments and very professional. I see people may like the view (I had the same view from my room, so don’t have a surprise there). As it was a Sunday I didn’t have an appointment, so the administrator made all possible efforts to find personnel as they were busy. Negative side: prices are really high even for European standards. I think they mainly target clients from the hotel, who may not want to look or go outside for alternatives and willing to pay for convenience. That affects the ration cost/benefit knowing that you can find the same quality at much cheaper prices elsewhere.

Did my eyebrows on the ground floor. The technician did not do a clean job. Sparse hairs were all around. She was rushing. When I called, I was told to go back and the same technician serviced me. This time she used wax instead of plucking and was very rough, almost injuring my eyes. Maybe they are just good for massages. Two star because they tried to fix their service but still a bad fix.
The couple massage we booked in the 43rd floor with a stunning view over the city was just an unforgettable experience. We loved how we were welcomed as guests, be given tea and then a relaxing, sensitive and unique oriental massage. As an addition to this, Pearl offered us a free bottle of prosecco to drink after the massage, which was an absolute highlight to this experience. A big recommendation to everybody who wants to experience something special and relaxing that you will remember in Warsaw. Thank you so much!
very nice staff and they all speaks English and very good service , the hairdresser Annia so professional and friendly , I had hair dye and cut and I'm satisfied, highly recommended.

Horrible service and absolutely overprised! I purchased massage for my wife and asked to buy flowers and they purchased FUNERAL flowers - that is absolutely horrible and I paid 200 for 2 hours massage! Will never ever use again it.
On the 43rd floor with an amazing view over the skyline. The massage was not too soft and not too hard, just perfect. I can really recommend thia SPA!
