My wife and I have been treated for a long time in the clinic. At first we got a good impression but very quickly we regretted the decision to register with them, we encountered many problems in this clinic, for example: - On a website, doctors say they speak English, but when they hear that one of the spouses speaks Polish, they refuse to speak English. - The clinic does not have a tidy table with prices - and each visit they charge a different fee, once 100 zlotys and once 400 zlotys, and we never got an explanation. - They ask you to arrive on time, but of course the doctors are always late and don't even apologize. - When they take a blood test they do not verify your name or date of birth, even though the law requires them !. There are many other problems with this clinic, and in short: they don't care about customers, they just want your money and they know how to get it.

Absolutnie nie polecam miejsca. Po pieniądze sięgają chętnie, natomiast obsługa klienta na dramatycznie niskim poziomie. Niekulturalne recepcjonistki, nie udzielają informacji, opryskliwe, jakby siedziały za karę. Szkoda nerwów, braj profesjonalizmu a na szczęście jest konkurencja.

Miejsce czyste, obsługa na plus, badanie szybko zrobione i zaraz dostałem wyniki. Miałem kilka pytań co do tych wyników i bez problemu miła Pani z laboratorium wszystko mi dokładnie wyjaśniła. Jeśli jakiś mężczyzna potrzebuje się zbadać to jest to miejsce do polecenia.

Tak jak być powinno. Nie czekałem na badanie nie było kolejek. Wynik też szybko dostałem. Spoko wszystko.
