Stay Away!! If I could give zero stars I would. I wish I would have read all the reviews before. To start, the car I wanted wasn't available and they wanted to charge me extra for another car, I will say I was about an hour late as my flight was delayed. After they finally agreed to give me the car at the original rate, they then charged some ridiculous price for insurance. Lucky I have a visa card so everything was covered. I get to the car its super dark in the garage and the car is a little dirty so you cannot see tiny marks. I have rented cars all over the world, and usually tiny marks less than a few cm are not counted. Fast forward, I literally drove the car to my airbnb and never drove it again until getting back to the hotel. The car was parked in way that the damage they claimed I caused is physically impossible. Last thing I go to turn in the car, I wait 20 minutes while I am waiting on someone to come check the car. Then they find a tiny scratch on the car and claims that it was my fault. Honestly I didn't even see the small scratch even after he pointed it out. (thats how small it was). And they charged me 400 for the mark Lucky I have insurance on my card that handles everything but trust me its not worth your time dealing with this company. After looking at the reviews on multiple sites, I realized that is standard practice for this company. Multiple people getting ridiculous charges for marks that you would never even notice. Trust me STAY AWAY.
Rude staff, primo. Segundo - they are making their money not on the rentals but on claiming fake damages to the car. It is not possible to return the car and have the car checked with you at the spot - this their trick and they will always find out some dents or scratches. There are some court cases currently open - please check the web and join the people to penalize them. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM :) and you will avoid a headache
(1 star otherwise i am not allowed to comment) This company is for ZERO stars. The service is very bad. The staff could be easily called as interns! I was given all the documents in Polish. Their policy says they are not allowed to submit documentation in english. They charged me in zloty because they did not want exchange fees with Euros. I could not recognise the car in the document because of the scratches it had and the marks. The car i was given was full of bumbs and scratches. Delivered the car after a week and since there was no staff to sign i had to park the car and through the keys in the box. After 2 days they sent me an email claiming that i scratched the car and made a new bump in drivers door (Total 1000 Euros). God has put mercy on me and i was lucky to be saved from their scam! Money has also returned to my credit card. [BE AWARE! there is also a group with people got scammed.]
Korzystam z ich usług regularnie od kilku miesięcy(wcześniej działali pod szyldem SurPrice). Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, dobra cena, infolinia 24 h. Samochody są czyste i w dobrym stanie technicznym. Zdarzyło mi się raz czy dwa spóźnić z odbiorem bądź zwrotem auta, raz przegapiłem myjnie i oddałem samochód trochę brudny, nie był to dla nich żaden problem Za każdym razem wykupywałem pełne ubezpieczenie, więc na temat ewentualnych opłat za szkody nie mogę się wypowiedzieć.
Patrząc na opinie wydaje się że wyporzyczalnia okrada klientów i zobaczyłem je dopiero po rezerwacji przez economycarrental. Na szczęście mój wynajem samochodu był bezproblemowy, miła obsługa, sprawne wydanie i zdanie samochodu, jak i bezproblemowy zwrot 500 pln depozytu.
Samochód wypożyczyłem na kilka dni, wszystko bez najmniejszych problemów. Miła obsługa, biuro na terenie lotniska, cena bardzo atrakcyjna, polecam :)
