I guess recruiting people and then laying them off from work because of no project is assigned after 1-2 months is irresponsible and generally NOK What for they were/are recruited...Perm folks have exaggerated promotion process Contractors, take a look whether you don't have in your contract a clause allowing to pay you only 10% of salary or staying at home because of \downtime\ Generally, majority of management favors Lodz & Poznan office over Warsaw because of number projects/hired workers Remaining comments are correct, as work conditions & coworkers are great In the end, I found fortunately another opportunity after these 1-2 months..

regular workers are just fine & professional cossy nicely-located office friendly no corpo atmosphere flexible hours salary is normal in comparison to market, paid on time, but could be higher if they want to grow faster fine benefits nice girls ;) not much traveling, stationary work -- not enough people at Warsaw office Projects are usually fine Now they're searching crew for new ones. Majority of current ones are not legacy Management has been changed in recent months so perhaps things get there even better in response to previous slips

Zdecydowanie odradzam zatrudnienie w GFT Poland sp. z o.o. w oparciu o umowę B2B (kontrakt). Kadra kierownicza firmy nie ma kompetencji do współpracy z kontraktorami. Potrafią zażądać od kontraktorów z dnia na dzień dnia wolnego (bezpłatnego). Kontraktorowi w okresie wypowiedzenia potrafią \cofnąć zamówienie na usługi\ z dnia na dzień by mu nie płacić.
