I would not recommend staying there. Those people are ridiculous. They cancelled my reservation at 10:30pm at night (the night I was arriving), because they close down the office. I simply got a text “we closed the office now, you won’t be able to check in, we’re gonna cancel the reservation”. Obviously they didn’t reply to text messages or pick up the phone anymore. I have never had an experience as bad as this one! UNBELIEVABLE!

God awful company. Stay away. You can not get anyone on the phone. Their customer service is non existent. The woman in the office is as much use as chocolate light bulb and when asked at the second visit while try to locate my keys why havent she given basic information she replied " you didnt ask" waisted 2 hours trying to check in to the apartment. Avoid at all cost. Will never book with them again!
Very modern new appartment. Very nice and clean. Only During the working days it can be noisy in the early morning due to construction works.
You have to pay for public parking from 8am to 6pm
Hotel położony w dobrym miejscu - wszędzie blisko :) ; samo mieszkanko (mini kawalerka spoko - szału nie ma ale nic na minusie tez nie poza okropnym gorącem jakie tam panował, mimo zakręcenia wszystkim kaloryferów, otwarcia okna wciąż panował ukrop; wjazd i poruszanie się po parkingu podziemnym porażka 0 oznaczeń w która stronę są poniższe piętra, ciasno - kto był to wie jakie to katusze były..
Il residence è nuovo e di pregio.le camere carine e ben attrezzate.la posizione del residence è buona ,sopratutto per turismo d affari,il centro si raggiunge abbastanza bene e c è Vicino una stazione metro.di negativo il fatto che stanno costruendo un altra parte proprio attaccata quindi rumore e polvere tutto il giorno, la colazione a pagamento extra non incontrava i miei gusti(sandwich o pasta e insalata).il mio arrivo è stato problematico in quanto la consegna delle chiavi è entro le ore 23 ed io arrivando a Varsavia alle 24 ho dovuto cercare un altra sistemazione , e una notte mi è stata rimborsata.un altra pecca è la tv che benché avesse tanti canali erano pressoché tutti in lingua polacca
Apartament sam w sobie w porzadku ( mi osobiscie sie podoba - nie ma sie do czego przyczepic ) - uwazam jednak, że klienci powinni byc poinformowani o remoncie i duzych halasach od rana. Gdybym wiedziala, że nie bedzie rano ciszy by moc sie wyspac to wzielibysmy noclegi w innym miejscu. Do dziś nie dostałam żadnej odpowiedzi mimo iż kontaktowałam się wielokrotnie tak jak zaproponowali w odpowiedzi.
