I am a former student at Vistula University, and I decided to leave this review because this institution messes my life long after I stopped attending. Firstly, when I studied at the University I had an extraordinary situation with one of the professors (as I remember it was law class). I needed to finish the semester a bit earlier because I needed to leave for a work&travel program. I asked this law professor to pass the exam a few days earlier, and I got a shocking offer to take an exam in a restaurant. This is an unacceptable suggestion from a professor to a student. Secondly, it is the worst possible customer service that you could ever imagine. I transferred from the Vistula a long time ago (around 2016), and I decided to attend one more University in the U.S., so I needed to request Vistula transcripts again. The staff is rude all the time. When I need to get something done in the dean's office, it takes weeks, and I keep emailing every single day. When I try to call the University again to ask for help, no one picks up the phone. I was calling for a week every day no one ever picked up. If you plan to attend this institution, please think about it again. It could be the biggest mistake of your life. It has been almost a month since I ask them to issue me a transcript, and I still do not have it done. Moreover, I started to get false accusations of debt, which is impossible because I have already transferred successfully once.

It’s been two months waiting to refund me But can’t reach them even-though submitted all the documents which they have asked including visa refusal. Since last couple of weeks trying to contact them and ask for an update they are keep making excuses and even not replying my emails. I was in their office and the only thing they can say is “ it’s different department they can’t help” but when you ask their point of contact or responsible person they are referring you to refundemail that no one reply.
I am journalism student but all I learn is business and it doesn't make sense at all.. There is a huge inequality in paying fees.. foreigners have to pay a huge amount and rest of the people pay very less fees compared to us! I dont even have to start talking about the TRC issue.. most students who got rejected for TRC are from vistula it was a bad decision to join this university
Worst university ever. They are seeing students like walking moneys. So slow for responding e-mails and sometimes they are not even responding at all. Not suggesting if you want to achieve something in your life!
I love the university . Have learn a lot ever since I joined.
Don't complain when the problems lie in the culture shock. This university knows how to train you to become a real learner. They bring you the good seeds, but not all receivers know how to make those seeds grow properly.
With the little I have read about the University making me feel for it more and more I love the combined courses. Waaaaaaw it has always been my dream to study there and now I am about to send my application I wish myself the best of luck. I love the Vistula University.
