The service has always been shockingly bad. You usually wait around 30min for someone to even take your order. You have to go and find a waiter to help you even when the place is quiet. They regularly mess up orders, they don't know what's on the menu. I used to love eating here, the food made it worth it but I'm never going back again. You people really need to learn some customer service.

I've been told to go and check this place out by so many plant based friends, They did not disappoint, however not everything was perfect. My main course of wild mushrooms risotto was probably one of the best ones I've ever tried. Creamy yet with a bite, great selection of wild mushrooms and the smell was outstanding. portion was large but I had to finish the whole plate it was so good. There were only classic vegan desserts available and I went for a strawberry cashew cheesecake - portion was again massive, Base was nice and thin but the actual \cheese\ was a bit tasteless only being uplifted by the top layer of strawberry jam/chutney 4/5 - Also got really nice coffee with the dessert. Cappuccino was well balanced and had a perfect foam. 5/5 For starter i've got fermented veggies and as and avid ferments taster I Was let down by the textures, tastes and whole appearance of it. Felt like they were thrown in to some kind of vinegar the day before after being boiled for few minutes to be soft. 2/5 I wanted to try many things but half portions were not allowed - understandable but it would have been amazing to try more of their food. It was a busy saturday so I would not be complaining that the service was a bit slow. Waiter was knowledgeable but felt like he was there on a prison sentence hahahaa.
I absolutely love their food and cakes (yummy!) and used to come quite often but the service has become so bad I don’t feel like coming back again. The waiter today was just rude, seemed like we were bothering him with placing our order and made our experience quite poor. Unfortunately it was not the first time I saw this guy acting like this. Too bad, cause I really liked the new location!
Lots of yummy vegan options here and wish I had more space in my tummy to try more mains! Totally worth coming here when visiting Krakow. I Had the crispy oyster mushroom, herb polenta fries followed by the herb broad bean dumplings, and buckwheat spaghetti with avocado sauce as mains. Would highly recommend all these! Nice twist on the creamy vegan side. Also had the parsley-basil semifreddo as dessert but I would have been better off with a classic vegan cake. This dessert has too much happening / too many dominant flavours at once.
Holy sh*it, the cakes that this place offers!!! Me and my girlfriend had 6 different vegan cakes and they were all very rich in flavor, and the size was like out of this world! I’d especially recommend anything with peanuts in it and the coconut cake. Also tried one of their smoothies and same thing here: the rich flavor was just top notch. Really tasty latte and I very much appreciated having the syrup on the side, so I could add as much as I wanted myself. I’ve also had several different foodies and they were all just amazing, very tasty and well flavored!
This place is a vegetarian paradise! For me, as a student, a good option is 'The Luch of the Day' - for 21zl you get a delicious soup, usually cream, and very tasty dish. Of course they offer more, some drinks as well!
First time I came to Veganic it was full, the second time the wait time for the food was 1 hour, so both times I ended up leaving. With that amount of people and wait time, i figured the food most be great! So finally I ordered takeaway, I had the pulled Jack fruit burger and my girlfriend had the cauliflower steak. The good things were that the burger was actually good, I enjoyed it and big in size. But what really annoyed me was that the fries which came with it was not cooked, they were completely raw and uneatable. And the cauliflower steak, there was nothing really wrong with it, just that it was absolutely nothing special, a boring experience.
Fantastic food. Lovely staff. I am not a vegan and would not consider going in a vegan restaurant. But how surprised I was. Food was lovely and will be returning. Thank u.
