I had a problem with my rear doors not locking. I took the car to Lexus Radosc to see what needs to be done. They took care of my problem right away and didn't even charge me. I walked out very impressed.

Be Careful, Bought a car from here, Unfortunately . First of all they forget to mention at the first view that this car was a TAXI!!! I have bought the car at february at april I recognized that the air conditioning was not working. Of course I had to pay for the pipe replacement which was 1500zl (The car is under warranty, but they said it this part is not. 2 They sold the car which injuries at the side of the tyre unfortunately I did not recognized only after 1 day later. Of course it was not safety to drive at all, with those tires. 3)Yearly service after 8000km of driving I had to change the front disks and break pads . Question if they have checked everything how is possible that within 8000KM I have to change the breaks??? 4). Another ASO said that the dumpers are leaking, of course it is not under warranty.... Again how is possible that within 8000 km I have to change them, If at February everything was ok.

W dniu wczorajszym wykonałam przegląd swojej Auriski w Toyota Radość i z pełną odpowiedzialnością bardzo polecam współpracę z tą firmą. Pomimo małych zawirowań z książką serwisową (oczywiście z mojego powodu i salonu z Wrocławia, w którym zakupiłam auto) obsługa Serwisu z wielkim zaangażowaniem i cierpliwością pomogła rozwiązać problem. Fachowa pomoc Pana Pawła K. mechanika, który poza zwykłym przeglądem dostrzegł usterkę o której zapomniałam wspomnieć. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Moim zdaniem nie ma lepszego Serwisu w Warszawie i okolicy. Zadbano również o wnętrze auta poprzez dokładne zabezpieczenie przed przeglądem, jak również ku zaskoczeniu wyjechalam autem z serwisu wyczyszczonym jak z myjni. Bardzo dziękuje i polecam.
Центр Toyota на осєдлю Радість. Чудовий салон, зручні паркомісця. Добра обслуга.
