Review of the restaurant. Main restaurant was not available during our visit, we were instead seated in the Hotels \kawiarnia\. Where only limited menu was available. Service was poor as best, two girls were completly lost, I had to get up and walk to the bar twice, first to order then to pay. No food check when it arrived so I wasn't even able to voice my dissatisfaction with it. Food... I traveled some 500km to eat here. And boy was I disappointed, food was just awful. Golonka - dry meat, remarkable considering it was 70% fat, slow cooked venison - again dry and very salty, Beef cheeks were beautifully cooked but the sauce they came with was nasty, it ruined the dish. Side dishes were equally disappointing. Veg etc. I have to prase my soup tho, barszcz and krokets, were both wonderful, generous portion and flavoursome. I'm Polish and I bloody love Polish food, but this was awful, terrible value for money, poor service and substandard quality. Building and surrounding area are marvelous... Give it a try, come with no expectations. Mine were clearly way too high.
Last Friday me and my significant other got married at this stunning venue. We'd received a lot of help during preparation before wedding from the restaurant manager - miss Monika, she helped us to organise outdoor ceremony as well. I'm delighted with everything, waiting staff was friendly and helpful, their English is communicative, which was important for us, because of our english speaking guests The dishes were sophisticated and delicious (especially the wedding cake)! They offer many vegetarian options, so if you are not a big fan of typical Polish wedding dishes you have many alternatives I can also recommend a hotel, they even managed to make an early check-in for us. All things considered, I wouldn't have changed a thing, everything was on spot.
Went here for a dinner. The food was amazingly good. Thank you and definitely recommend!
I was there with my wife and we both had the heavenly delicious 5 course menu. It was all a surprise what came, but it was all absolutly perfect. All was slightly differently presented to give a totaly new raste. The Hirsch was such a surprise with the tast, but each couse was better than the last, or was the first the best.... I have no idea, just that it was totally heaven. If you are open to something different then you need to try this
We had a family dinner with tasting menu and were not disappointed. Plus the service is exceptional.
Very tasty dishes, well presented. The main dishes missed a few items listed on the menue, but great service.
