Had a problem with a 1325. Settings got erased. Mr. Studenic and a tehnician worked from 10:30 - 17:30 to solve my problem, until it was solved. Great work. Keep it up.

Seron service offer very quick and professional reactions. We had few issues with our 1520 machine and Mr.Grzegorz Zurawski was always ready to help during weekends or late evenings. They sell laser cutters claiming they are \made in Poland\ whereas they're just standard (must cheaper) chinese machines. Maybe the external \obudowa\ is made in Poland, I don't know, but it's mainly only visual. Everything is standard chinese parts : the mother boards, the power supply, motors, rails, tube, lenses, mirrors... Even the software is chinese, translated to polish. So save yourself some money, and order directly from chinese producers on Aliexpress or Alibaba. Source : we bought 3 Seron laser cutters
