Always booked so you absolutely need an appointment everytime. The service was professional although I asked for a relaxing but felt it was still too strong. She also concentrated on certain areas that were very uncomfortable ie: collar bone, shoulder blades, tops of feet. It's worth a try if you're looking for a massage while in torun but I won't recommend as great.
