A must see while you are in Sandomierz. Great collection of art. Charming staff. Do not miss temporary exhibition! Big credit to Ms. Urszula Stepien their chief of staff!

A nice Museum focused on religious art from the Sandomierz Catholic Bishopric. The building has a lot of charm and the collection of items is quite interesting. To mention some exposed objects, I would choose the oldest pianoforte in Poland or the wooden books. Definetely, a must if you visit this city.

Quality of the exhibition is without a doubt amazing, entrance fee at 8zl is very cheap. But I wish the Church took that money and invested in a better curation of this wonderful place. Looks like no revamping has ever been made here since the place was set up, feels like even the exhibits might be in danger. Terrible. Lighting is one of the most atrocious I've ever seen: good luck talking a picture but some of the paintings can't even be seen properly because of the lights. No English on the exhibits, they gave me a leaflet that very loosely explained the rooms, it feels you're missing out on a lot. However, even so, I derived great value from this place, I still can't believe something so small can be so rich, spent an hour and a half and if curation had been better, I could have definitely spent more

A lovely, charming, amazing place which will all but literally take you back a couple hundred years. Not so much a museum as a cabinet of curiosities, but this only adds to the atmosphere. Sitting in a calm, beautiful garden, this is a place to visit and revisit time and again.

Good place to visit. They closed to the public some part of the place because more important meeting than costumers.
