I have bought two sails from Fastsail, a main and a jib. There were a few bugs, but quality to price was excellent, and Marcin was always fast and helpful to answer questions. So actually I was ready to rate Fastsail and Marcin with 5 stars. However, in early spring I ordered a Code zero. I needed it for my summer sailing. Marcin confirmed that he would ship May 28. Due to Corona it was a bit delayed. June 8 he wrote that sail would be ready in 2-3 days. I Have paid final rate. Since then, I have asked for status approx 15 times, with almost no answer. Latest that he would ship July 10, and then send me tracking number. Despite numerous reminders, I still have got nothing. I am in a situation, where I do not know if I’ll ever get the sail. And if I do, it will be too late for this summer. It’s sad, as I actually liked Marcin and Fastsail. Now I need to warn everybody against him. If I get the sail, I will update my review.

Chciałem zamówić żagle, ale coś zaczoł kręcić z ceną. I dobrze ze nie zamówiłem, bo kto wie czy bym żagle otrzymał. Bardzo niegrzeczny. Nie polecam! Krętacz zostanie tak długo kretaczem, dopóki nie będzie miał motywacji się zmienić. Z tego co wynika z forum żeglarskiego kręci już od dłuższego czasu. Zaufanie w Forum Żeglarskim już nie posiada. Wstyd tylko dla Polaków bo sprawy krętackie wyszły już za granicę Polski. Dla potwierdzenia zapraszam na SailForum. pl
Ich habe in 2019 Fünf Segel für Sprinter bestelt. Leider ist es nicht so professionell Verarbeitet wie er es immer vorgibt. Das Material kommt zwar aus Deutschland, Ausfertigung lässt zu Wünschen. Keine Folgeaufträge obwohl es viel Geld zu verdienen gäbe.
Er sendet die fehlenden Teile nicht, obwohl alles bezaht wurde. Er antwortet nicht auf Emails, er geht nicht ans Telefon. Nicht zu empfehlen! Kein Kontakt möglich. Man muss einen Anwalt einschalten. Nochmal zu seiner totalen, überflüssigen Entschuldigung: Nach seiner Kontaktaufnahme nach 5 Monaten, vorher habe ich 3 mal versucht ihn anzurufen und 4 Emails geschrieben. Er hat erst nach Einschalten des europäischen Verbraucherschutz auf polnischer Seite am gleichen Tag geantwortet und wollte alles noch am selben Tag versenden. Jetzt geht das leidige Thema wieder von vorne los. Er ist nicht in der Lage eine Versandnummer mitzuteilen. Ich werde heute ein europäisches Mahnverfahren einleiten. Fallt nicht auf seine Geschäfte herein, erst recht nicht auf Vorkasse.
