Worst customer service! Do not use! Third party company decided to contact me after 2 months advising i returned a damaged car. Call budget to check and they do not see those damages when they pull my account. Looks like money scam! this is extremely upsetting as no one is willing to help. Rent elsewhere!!!!

Zarezerwowałam samochód i zapłaciłam przez internet, na miejscu w Rzeszowie dowiedziałam się o tym, że muszę zapłacić dodatkowe 400zł depozytu ZWROTNEGO do 3 tygodni po oddaniu samochodu. Depozytu nie odzyskałam, dzwoniąc do obsługi klienta zostałam zbyta. Uważam, że firma oszukuje i okrada ludzi.
