OUR SERVICES - creating CAD models based on the submitted scan, taking into account the purpose of the actual element, the expected accuracy, the material used or the production method - the ability to include elements from the field of GD&T in the CAD model - modifications of the real-model CAD model as needed: including removal of damage or signs of wear, modification of geometry, conferring upon specific signs, etc. - analysis of the point cloud sent by you, its optimization or repair - geometric analysis of deviations in regard to CAD model with a visual presentation of results - basing the scan on the CAD model - depending on the need, the possibility of creating parametric models, free-form (combining all points in the cloud with surfaces tangent to each other), or a hybrid method combining the above techniques - after completing the creation of the CAD model, we perform a geometric analysis by combining the model with the scan to present the results and, if necessary, to discuss the corrections -at your request, we create full technical documentation, taking into account all the standards and information that you need to include in it. Technical documentation can be targeted in terms of the purpose it will serve, such as the production process, workmanship accuracy analysis, visual function, etc.
