Bad customer service even in polish. We booked for massage for a couple (secretary confirmed during the calls),but this secretary (apparently a ew\ one at the place according to the \older\) made a mistake at the reservation, even tho they called us the same day to ask if they could change our time and come earlier. Pretty frustrating if you consider that we booked it a week ago and called multiple times to verify it. I did not expect this unprofessionalism, considering the good recommendations I had.

I was 2 years ago there and I really liked it! Great experience! I did love the the tea after the massage! Can you send me the name of the tea and the brand? Or can you take a picture of the package!? That would be great! Next time I am in Poland, I will visit for sure! Thanks

Cold, smell not good (dampness). The massage technique is not clear. Since one leg is massaged with one technique, the other with the other.No noise isolation. You can hear the conversation of visitors and the employees themselves
Best massage experience ever! Definitely would recommend. I was having quite a bad day before getting my massage, like I was in a really negative mood. But after the massage I felt amazing. It completely flipped the script of my day as I walked out of the parlour just glowing. The atmosphere is amazing too, with meditative music, candle light and a clean, dark vibe. The massage therapists that worked on me seemed experienced and highly skilled. She seemed to somehow know which spots on my body needed more attention and how much strength to apply, without me saying a word.
Loved it, great relaxing atmosphere, great masseuse. Will definitely be back!
I was there last fall and enjoyed it twice in 2 day. Not very prof - but as it was tough - ( as I requested) i was happy enough :) Pity the service is going down. Today I tried to chat on the website - I tried to call many times, either busy or no one picks up.
Amazing Thai massage. I like really deep mussels work. My therapist was very firm and strong without beating me up.
