The printing time is very convenient, however, today after been printing for couple of days a document thats been updated, the team usually make the print to my request (front and back) to reduce a 46 page script in half. I only need the print unless other thing is requested. Today they have inconvenieced me with not only 46 pages printed in one side but also added other elements I didn't ask for. In the end I only want to pay for what I requested and the way I requested it. for me it was the best service in town or at least in the area, until today and ever again. (pic: same document left 44pages, right 46pages)

I gave them almost 400 photos to print and 5 days to do it, however they did it at time but bad quality. My wedding photos were taked by a professional photographer and the quality was very good and they just print them in a really bad one. I'm so mad because it supposed to be a nice printing to have good memories and it is horrible.
