Considering the fact that the photo studio that I used to go to in town centre is permanently closed, I chose to use this place's services because of convenience on 17 February 2021. I must say I'm terribly disappointed with the result. While I did get the photos on time as promised, the staff were cocky, if not too flattering and snarky, and thanks to the use of camera flash, the photos turned out extra shiny and burnt out at a few spots. What I was originally offered was edited so heavily that for a split second I couldn't recognise myself. I was forced to go back to the store to ask them to print me photos without any edits (and/or filters). And although the unedited photos aren't as bad, they're still unacceptable. Probs won't make any difference to their customer base, but I for sure am not going to return. And I surely don't recommend.

Pan Maciej z Plazy ma w sobie zero empatii do człowieka, nie słucha o co klient prosi i jest nie miły. Robi robotę na odpi****l przez co straciłam pieniądze, 40zl wydane w błoto bo zdjęcia poszły do kosza

Na początku małe problemy techniczne - maszyna wywołała zdjęcia nie z tego folderu. Jednak reklamcja przebiegła bardzo sprawnie. Obsługa przemiła i fachowa!
