This castle is perfect. Has a great little village leading up to it so you can grab something either coming or going as well.

A very well preserved ruins of a definitely not-royal castle. It does make some impression when looked upon from a distance. But it really surprises with detail when toured from inside. There's a very intuitively organised sightseeing path that allows you to explore most rooms. Descriptions are available in English too. The outside lets you relax. Under the castle, partially drilled in the rock, you can find a Knight's Inn where you can also get some drink.

Great value for money 17zloty per person (3.50), beautiful panoramic views from the castle, tourist information in Polish and English which explains the history over the centuries, grounds of castle are ok for people with disabilities but once inside the castle, wheelchair access is impossible due to large parts of castle can only be accessed by steep stairs

Fantastic place. A lot of work has already been put in to make it worth your visit. And worth it is! There is a small museum and (very important) a tavern. Go! Just go! One more thing... The Witcher by Netflix was filmed there.
