The main originators of creating the PNSA platform in Poland are Elżbieta Pełka, the owner of the advertising agency Pełka Creatives & Pełka PR, dr Chahid Fourali, long-time head of Marketing & Sales Standards Setting Body together with Grzegorz Kiszluk, the owner of the BRIEF brand. The PNSA competition was an inspiration for the Polish edition, held each year in February in Great Britain, where it was named "Sales Oscars"​. Thanks to the possibility of using the experience of the British contest, the Polish National Sales Awards becomes a competition on the Polish market, which in addition to indicating the leaders in particular categories, sets the sales standards based on the best practices. The benefits of participating in the Professional Dealers'​ Competition are, above all, the prestige of participating in the first such undertaking in Poland, which concerns sales in its various aspects. It is also an opportunity to show ideas to an employer, exchange experiences and showcase among representatives of sales departments in various industries. Participation in the competition allows the Candidates to gain an additional "certificate"​, confirming the professionalism and high level of qualifications in the field of sales, which is gained by other participants representing various industries.
