Me and my girlfriend came to the restaurant and had to take the menus ourselves as the waiters didn't seem too interested. It was quite packed which is why i wasn't bothered by that however the waiter that took our order has seemed very unprofessional as we had to wait for our drinks for about 30 minutes after reminding him that we even ordered them and about 40-50 minutes for our 1 appetizer because he forgot to put it in the system. The food was lovely however and fresh but that's what we have expected as we have been there a year before and the staff seemed to know what they were doing back then.

When we came to the pizzaria ofcourse we wanted to wash our hands but we had some obstacles finding out which toilet to go, because signs were weird ️️ we had to wait 30 min when they started cooking our food and also the pizza guy haven't washed his hands after using his phone and picking his ear just started touching pizza..
Very dissatisfied ... Poor service and management . please be careful for next time while ordering first and last visit ,,
Food is excellent, staff is friendly and location is perfect. Atmosphere is nice.
The waiters was rude and racist, he obviously was nice to others and served them well, but acted as if he doesn’t understand English! I believe it is important for any restaurant in the center with many tourists visiting you MUST train your waitress to be nice and polite because this is not acceptable!
Loved the Hot Chilli pizza, quick service and the waiter was extremely polite. Pretty cheap as well!
They call this thing (which is obviously an out-of-can mass produced thing) Panna Cotta.
Extremly rude waitress , didn't smile once. There was no other tables when we came. She was looking at her phone and ignoring us. We should of left then. pizza was uneatable, black at the bottom. We got a new one after complaining to the chef! The waitress disappeared for 15 minutes. No sorry was said and when the waitress came back she looked angry. The whole experience was terrible
