My family drives Mercedes and we do it with class and follow the rules of the road. This place allows its staff member to drive Mercedes like they are driving a tank, disobeying traffic and parking rules. Look at the picture where this Mercedes company car is blocking the way of my friend’s car that I was getting a ride on. The staff members are still in the car as you can see from the lights and did not move away. This tells you how those staff members will treat you. Teach your staff how to drive a Mercedes and not let the brand down. No wonder their reviews and customer service are so bad. Avoid this dealership even if you have to drive further away. Save the headache.

Do not waste your time and nerves. I was genuinely flabbergasted after seeing how disrespectful and unprofessional Mercedes-Benz Polska is when it comes to solving a serious technical flaw. The level of service these fine gentlemen represent is truly international. You can count on the same treatment you would receive after returning a faulty product to a shady pawnshop owner in Barcelona's gypsy neighbourhood or a seller from the Century Square knock-off market in Shaghai. Representing such brand on a Polish market comes with a commitment and responsibility that regrettably Mercedes-Benz Polska is clearly lacking at the moment.
Mercedes does not want to either repair, replace with a new one, or refund the money for the damaged product.
