Very bad day with them, i already called them last week and told them the model of my car and the issue of my car and they said they can do it, so today i asked the truck to ship my car there. But when they see the car, they even donot want to check the error code and only look around it for one mins. They donot want do anything without explaination. If you cannot do or donot want do you need tell me in advance by phone but not ask me take car there. It is big cost to ship the car, and time consuming. Bad service i can feel even if they decide to fix my car, i suggest never go there and donot.need trust them.

Miałem problem z elektroniką skrzyni Stronic w Audi. Inny majster grzebał 2 tygodnie i nie dał rady, wstawiłem więc do Maktransu. Już następnego dnia samochód był gotowy do odbioru. Nie wymaga chyba komentarza. Polecam.
Zadzwoniłem dzisiaj z problemem ze skrzynią biegów. Gość z wyraźnie wschodnim akcentem po 3min rozmowy powiedział że za naprawę zapłacę ok 7k zł bo wymienią w niej wszystko. Kiedy powiedziałem mu, że skrzynia przeszła regeneracje 2 lata temu i może problem nie jest aż tak skomplikowany dalej się upierał przy swoim. Zero diagnostyki, czy nawet spojrzenia na samochód, za to wiadomo ile klient ma zapłacić. Porażka!
