They are doing some renovations. Ticketing office and waiting lounges are in the main building. Entrances to the platforms 2-4 are from Kunickiego street.
Ok
They have should put directions to platforms
In addition to inconvenient location far away from the city center, this place is pretty inaccessible to people with disabilities. I was planning a trip from Warsaw and discovered that only one train to Lublin is marked as wheelchair accessible. It is so because there are no elevators between platforms and the underground passage that connects them to the station. Typical Poland - they will build three monuments to national martyrdom before they start thinking about building a public utility.
Under constfuction
Not enough sitting areas/benches, only one small cafe to get something to eat at, and the sound system is rather difficult to understand, even inside of the main hall. Renovation is definitely needed, as well as more parking spaces!
Usual railway station it's been renovated recently there is s restaurant grocery shop news agent you can buy railway tickets and there's a information desk and toilet . Outside there is a taxi stand and bus stop where you can get s bus to the city centre and to the bus station. Trains are frequent trains
