It was good to try Systema in Krakow, it's not like in Denmark a bit different. There is still something new to work with. But always remember breathing and relaxing and never use systems in Systema. Because your enemy will never use your system. So that means your system will not work. Break the systems the most important thing in Systema even if is training. Its so important that you shouldn't remember what to do, because your body will do it for you when it counts. The coaches was good and nice, if you are going by go and the Systema.you will not regret it.
