I bought a made in Ecuador panama hat and the service was excelllent. The owner even sewed the inside rim to customize the fit. I looked at a Bailey hat in another Krakow store that was twice the price and made in China.

The very best hat shop in Krakow. The owner is a cute elderly lady who speaks no language but polish, but still tells you which hat would be the very best for you. She sells loads of hats both for women and men, you should definitely see her if you are here for a hat.
Small nice store hidden in the center of Krakow. The store owner don't speak English but the selection and service is impeccable! A highly recommended jewel if you want a nice hat!
She doesn't speak English but she took the time to show me all the different types of hats I was interested in. This after I think she had closed up for the evening because as I was walking up from the street I heard a door being locked and passed by this older woman. She turned around and opened her shop for me. If I am ever back in Krakow I will be stopping by to buy another hat.

A small hat shop, hidden in the city center of Kraków. The owner of the shop, an older lady, took time to show all the different models and cuts she had in her shop. The shop it small but has a good selection of hats, both for woman and man. I can fully recommend this place!
Bardzo miła Pani, która świetnie umie doradzić i dobrać odpowiednie nakrycie głowy, które będzie pasować do klienta. Towar jakościowo bardzo dobry, zakupiony kapelusz będzie noszony przeze mnie latami. Sklepik jak i Pani sklepikarka posiadają niespotykany urok. Polecam
Nie wiedziałam nawet o istnieniu tego miejsca, mimo że w Krakowie mieszkam od lat, i ostatnio zaczelam kupować kapelusze u lokalnych modystek. Schowane jest w bramie, ale łatwo trafić jak się już zna adres. Sklepik jest malenki, ale pani Maria stara się jak może każdemu doradzić i pomoc. Zna i chętnie opowie historie chyba każdego swojego kapelusza \u003c3 Ma spory wybór kapeluszy jesienno-zimowych dla pań - od klasycznych przez bardziej ekstrawaganckie, widzialam jakieś kapelusze wizytowe, mnóstwo beretów, czapki, kaszkiety i kapelusze dla panów. Latem pewnie więcej jest słomkowych. Wreszcie znalazłam piękna czerwona fedore. Ceny bardzo korzystne jak za te jakość. To są, ostatecznie, ręcznie robione i wyjątkowe cuda. Nie można płacić kartą, warto mieć przy sobie gotówkę. Na pewno tam jeszcze zajrzę.
