Today I called twice to make a simple appointment. As soon as I say \hello I would like to make an appointment\ the lady who answered hung up on me twice. It's unfortunate to see that the situation and rude attitude towards foreigners hasn't changed at all since two years ago (see last comment by another foreigner).

In their website they say \we speak English\ and below there is a phone number for appointments. So I called that number on a Monday at 11:00 and the lady YELLED at me saying she's on holiday. And she told me to call the number on the website, which was the number I had called. She kept yelling she is on holiday and hung up. I guess they put the lady's personal mobile phone on the website which is weird. So I called the other number hoping that they too would speak English. Since their whole website is available in English I hoped they would know enough to make an appointment. So they picked up the phone and didnt speak English at all and she told me in Polish that the lady who knows English is on holiday. I dont think this should be an excuse for a medical clinic not to accept foreign patients. They should at least have the basic knowledge. It's a shame because it says on their website that MD Tomasz Ziętarski is fluent in English. Little does he know that he is losing patients because of incapable receptionists!!

Serdecznie polecam! Pani Doktor Lorek ma fantastyczne podejście. Traktuje człowieka całościowo, a nie patrzy tylko na to co jest \tam na dole\. Mam problem od 3 lat, byłam u różnych ginekologów i nic aż w końcu dr Lorek udzieliła mi rzetelnej i wyczerpującej informacji skąd i dlaczego tak mam. Warto poczekać na wizytę bo do każdej pacjentki ma indywidualne podejście. Polecam na 100%
Ja byłam dziś u Pani dr.Wolinskiej bardzo fajna kobieta przyjemna konkretna żartobliwa czułam się bardzo komfortowo na badaniu wszystko dokładnie mi wytlumaczyla wrócę napewno polecam !!!
