Really the worst agency ever. The apartment was ok, but getting the deposit back has been really hard. They tried to steal 300 zł from me without any reason. Bad people.

They literaly stole my money from the deposit. They are trying to justify it saying it was the gas bill, but they didn't noticed it to me never, and they just took it from my deposit. The owe me \u003e100. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
Zero stars would be more accurate for this agency. They scammed me for over 4000zl (950). I rented during my bachelor degree and they refused to let me leave two months before the end of the contract even though I let them know 3 months beforehand that I will have to leave Poland earlier. At the time they led me to believe it was fine, and said they will send a new amended contract. I never received it, and next time I went to their office they tried to stall by saying the person managing my contract is not there. I wrote several emails and tried repeatedly to get in touch with them, but I couldn't reach them at their office anymore because they didn't open the door and pretended not to be there when I came. In the end they scammed me for the sum of two months rent by withholding the deposit. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with, avoid them at all costs.
I had a really bad experience with this agency. I didn't know where to live and I took a room at one of their flats. One month is paid like agency fee, a crazy amount of money as deposit, very expensive price for a small room in a disgusting flat where people shouldn't live. When I left the room (in perfect conditions) they told me they would pay me the deposit (500) by transfer. One month later they paid me only a half, no reason, no explanation. Don't trust this agency is my advice.

Avoid this comapny! They are fraudulent agency. The apartments are not what they seem in the adds. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They tricked me into taking my money, dont make my mistake. The worst agency in Krakow!!! Check the reviews on facebook, a lot of people agree, the others are probably the employees
The most unprofessional business i had to deal with. Very Dishonest. The staff is unhelpful, the flats are rundown, under furnished and overpriced. Problems or repairs do not get solved on time or properly.
