Ghost place. We arrived late in the evening due to the delay of the plane. We didn't get information on how to get to the room. Nobody was waiting for us. The door was closed. In the middle of the night we had to look for another accommodation...

Couldn't be more central cheap (for dorm rooms) clean and nicely renovated superb value, perfect place to explore old town and kraków from. I always stay here when in krakow for a few nights. But window does go onto main square, so not quiet. But the sunset view is amazing, and really could not be more convenient.
Dirt. It would be a great hostel with a great location in an atmospheric old bulding, but it is not beacause of the terrible dirt. Service very nice, room at a very high level for a hostel. However, this is not just about cleanliness and aesthetics, but about hygiene, because the traces of blood on the toilet seat after the previous client - it could be dangerous for health. Even the dishes served for breakfast were dirty and sticky. Caring for cleanliness is not difficult, but it is the basic issue in such a business so the lack leaves the worst impression.
Good for a hostel. Clean beds, excellent location. I'd say that was number one bonus. Its right on the main square.
Great location. Right on the mail square. The hostel is a short walk to all the major sites in the city. They can even arrange and boom tours for you at the front desk. There are a ton of restaurants nearby. We rented a private room with a bathroom and it was pretty nice. Had a great stay for a few days.
Looked clean but bathroom and sheets weren't clean. Noisy drunks talking in common area at 4am till 7 am. Asked them to shut up. They didn't. Stayed one night. It's perfect for the price but will next time spend a bit extra. Free breakfast and own shower so not all bad.
Bad Breakfast, the kitchen was so dirty. The rooms are not up to date. Only positiv is the Great location.
Clean and nice. Amazing location
