Tour from start to finish was brilliant, we would have paid double, here's why.
Booking
We booked on a Saturday night for the Monday morning, as didn't want to get caught in the rain. Text confirming collection arrangements received first thing Sunday morning, super efficient.
Collection
Collected on time, outside our Air Bnb, in a comfortable newer E class, driver was friendly, insightful and drove safely. Had a nice chat, gave us some tips on other sights, locations for the future, places to eat etc.
Benefits
No hanging around queuing.
The entrance to the camps were fasttracked, meaning we weren't hanging around, as the sites were really busy, straight through and handed to our tour host.
When you've a long day, lots of walking, being able to maximise your time at the tour, rather than queuing (yes I'm typical English so impatient), was great.
Transport
The collection at the end, driving to the other camp again was professional and involved no hanging around.
Driven back to our place, no hassle, on time, comfortable, just as great as the morning, despite the long day.
Tour
The tour allowed us to take in all the horrors and stories from the camps, a life changing experience that is both horrific and a reminder we all are responsible for stamping out anti semetic narrative in Europe.
The tour lady was the best we've ever had, delivery was impeccable, dramatic and insightful. We've seen sights in Greece, Barcelona, Berlin, London, Rome, the guide was simply the best, well worth the effort.

Cannot thank these guys enough, would happily pay to go again and would without question select GR8WAY tours, book it.
