After expressing my constant dissatisfaction. The service manager Michał personally called to apologise along with a little apology gift and a promise to serve their customers better. Review posted previously: I was gravely disappointed 4 out of 5 time I stepped into this place 1. Booked a test drive: Was told car is not available and have to wait 2 hours (returned home without a test drive) 2. Booked a Door2Door service for my 2015 BMW: Service called and said they will provide replacement car if I can visit the workshop, instead someone dropped me home. Next day after servicing the car I was told to collect the car myself as there is no one available to deliver the car 3. Took delivery of my new BMW 2019 (the only time I was happy to be there) 4. The left side mirror malfunctioned, I took an appointment and went to workshop, waited one hour, was told the part is not available so have to revisit, requested car wash and was told it can take 2 hours so I returned home without anything 5. Visited weeks later when the part was available, was told within 2 hours my car will be fixed, washed and returned to me. However, took 3 and a half hour to fix the side mirror, car returned without washing, not disinfected even though there is risk of corona virus. Excuse was that car wash can take another hour or so, and they don't want me to wait longer. BMW makes great cars and this poor quality service makes me regret choosing BMW.

Great guys in the motorcycle department. My R1200GS developed a leaky rear seal, a major job, which threaten to stop a long-planned trip. Although they couldn’t fit me in, they very kindly telephoned another Kraków service agent and arranged for me to get the bike repaired there. Their help was much appreciated.

Tried to charge me 1376 pounds for four tyres for a BMW 320D Touring which cost 659 pounds in UK for exact same tyres!
