Generally speaking, eating kebab isn’t a good idea in Cracow and its suburbs (stay clear of all (!) 24/7 kebab fast food restaurants!). This franchise is the only franchise known to me that stands out positively, besides only a very few privately own businesses. Overall, the taste is very OK, however still far off of a traditional kebab. The quality was better some time ago. Also, the general quality/quantity/food arrangement isn’t constant, as it depends on the person serving you. This would normally lead to 3/5 stars as the meat is still decently seasoned and tastes OK as well as I never experienced a total catastrophe. However, as it’s genuinely difficult to find a somewhat tasty kebab in Cracow and suburbs, I add one star to honor this. (Considered and graded as a fast food restaurant)

Good kebap, but this souses is to mach
The kebab is tasty , and I would rate it four stars . I am not happy with management of this place . Most often when I ask for chicken kebab , they run out of chicken meat. But yesterday I had curious case , I saw a chicken meat on the grill, but staff didn’t sell me kebab, saying that the meat is reserved for Uber food delivery. Definitely this place has poor planning and made me as a customer unsatisfied already third time.
Kebab was ok it the guy who served (Ilya) was not really nice, once understood I speak English, simply didn't as what bread and what to add. when I insisted on what I want, magic happens and he spoke English. Definitely not coming back
Quite good. Not very spicy kebab, deluding French fries
I went this place with my boyfriend. I mean luckily only my boyfriend ate here (I ate in KFC) He ate this spicy kebab with fries and sauce and he was sick after the meal for 3 days. I mean he wasn’t able to got up from bed, he went to the toilet in every 2 minutes, we were thinking about that maybe we have to take him to the hospital, he was sick like never before. Awful! We’re sure that it was because of this kebab because before that we were eating the same things and I didn’t have any problem. It was when we were spent our spring break in Krakow, so thank you Berlin Kebab for destroy our holiday :) Don’t recommend!
