Very professional tour group. Guide was fantastic and personable. Igor was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun. Daniel (who organized our tour) was super fast to respond to questions/requests. I booked everything last minute, on a whim (only possible because of Covid), and it was still super easy.

The tour guide made our tour! I'm not sure how to describe this day. Wonderful, horrendous, happy, sad, every emotion was involved. I was fine until our guide told us that he was so pleased that we had taken a precious day out of our vacation to come and learn about Auschwitz....as if we cared about that after seeing and hearing about what had happened there over those terrible years. So glad I went. The salt mines were amazing, didn't know what to expect and thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Only a very few steps going up - but many going down! An emotional day but so, so worth it.
Interesting and well performed guided tour (in English), you'll need to book tickets in advance to be sure to get in. When we arrived the line for those who didn't pre-buy tickets was 2.5 hours. The tour itself was with a professional guide who spoke excellent English, and you also get a set of headphones so you can hear everything in good quality. The tour takes about 3 hours and you're walking for most of the time.
They picked us up from our hotel even though we'd changed hotels. The tour guide was very informative and passionate about what she was telling us.
Highly recommended this tour. A must see less we for get. ️️️

The Cracow Tours Auschwitz guide was incredibly informative and compassionate. Of course it's impossible to put Auschwitz into words.
