I have just bought a car in this saloon and I can say all process end to end was very professional and friendly. Adrian Tyrała was very responsive through the process and provide me with excellent price and conditions. Also the fact that he speaks English is a plus if you are a foreigner like me. He took excellent care and made very easy the process of buying the car. If you want an toyota I recommend ANWA as after visiting other Toyota saloons in Krakow the price difference was incredibly higher. So in ANWA you save money and have premium service. Thanks ANWA and especially Adrian. Keep up the good customer care.

Big and close to center. One of two official sell and repair centres of Toyota in Cracow.
Service definitely is not client oriented. A manager said that I should wait till somebody from managers be available. Four managers, couple of clients, Im waiting. Half a hour later another manager ask what I waiting for?
Worst service ever. They didn't fix the car or perform any of the requested services. Now I'm driving with faulty airbags as they were not able to diagnose and fix anything in their own car! Only lost time and got angry.

Driving from Budapest October 1st, I got a bad flat ruining the front passenger side tire on my 2017 Prius. As Kraków was my destination for this leg of my trip, I pulled into ANWA Toyota on a spare seeking help around 17:00. These guys were awesome! Although my Toyo tires are not sold there, the nice gentleman in parts department found two new tires and the very professional young man in Service had the service technicians intall them before they went home at 18:00. All was done fast and very efficient. I am sorry that I can not actually name these individuals, as they do deserve a lot of credit for the superb customer service! Thank you team at ANWA!
